Hubtoll user guide
Everything you need to run your organisation on Hubtoll — from creating your account to mastering every module. Written in plain language, step by step. No jargon, no guesswork.
Start here
Get your company onto Hubtoll and understand the two things every module relies on: your licence, and your approval workflows.
Getting started & company setupSign up, activate, choose your subdomain, and configure your organisation — offices, departments, holidays, timezone and team members.
Licensing & subscriptionsThe free plan every company starts on, buying seats, assigning them to staff, promo codes, renewals, and what happens when a paid licence expires.
Roles, permissions & approvalsHow to give people the right access, and how to build the multi-step approval workflows that power every module.
Forge — forms & processesBuild your own forms and approval workflows with no code, and add custom fields to built-in modules.
Permission referenceEvery permission in Hubtoll, grouped by area, with the exact actions each one unlocks — down to the smallest task.
Developers & APIConnect another system to Hubtoll with an OAuth 2.0 credential — reference, examples, and a playground you can run in the browser.
Two-factor authenticationAuthenticator apps and email codes, what a workspace can require, one-time codes on approvals, and what to do if you lose your factor.
Contact supportReach the Hubtoll team from inside the console — pick a category, attach screenshots, and track your requests and their status.
